Position Overview
Provide strategic advisory support for marketing operations optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation across all marketing functions.
Responsibilities
Strategic recommendations for marketing operations optimization and process improvement initiatives.
Collaboratively support advisory for marketing technology evaluation, selection, and implementation projects.
Maintain expertise in marketing operations, best practices, and industry benchmarking for continuous improvement.
Manage documentation and training programs to enhance marketing team operational efficiency.
Maintain data governance and quality assurance frameworks to ensure marketing data integrity and compliance.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration on marketing operations projects and technology integration initiatives.
Support change management and adoption strategies for new marketing operations processes and technologies.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.
Five (5) years Marketing Operations or Business Operations experience.
Strong understanding of marketing technology stack and process optimization.
Experience with project management and change management initiatives.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

This position will be aligned to the Marketing Operations team responsible for organizing and managing Marketing Ops initiatives across the organization and enterprise.
Pay Transparency
Pay: Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
