Pay Range:

$35.50 - $53.25

Where You Will Work:

Atrium Health Morehead Medical Plaza Outpatient FT. Location: downtown on the Campus Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. We serve patients with general surgery and colorectal needs from age 16+.

We’re Looking For:
Dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

Current BLS certification

1 year of nursing experience preferred

BSN preferred

Ambulatory Care or Surgery certifications preferred

What You’ll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Join our Ambulatory Nursing team at Atrium Health Greater Charlotte. The team serves more than 600 locations across 14 counties, providing comprehensive care in varied settings.

Compensation:

Base compensation listed within the pay range; premium pay such as shift, on call, and incentive pay for select positions; opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
