You Will

Be the subject‑matter expert in composite lamination and fabrication practices on the shop floor.

Architect, implement, and iterate a structured, practical training curriculum for composite layup and related processes.

Author clear work instructions, visual standards, and hands‑on practice modules.

Deliver consistent, repeatable training aligned with our quality and safety standards.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production to drive training effectiveness.

Identify and close process gaps to enhance quality, repeatability, and efficiency.

Support First Article Inspection and production ramp with direct coaching and floor presence.

You Bring

10+ years’ practical composite lamination experience in manufacturing.

Experience standardizing work and designing skills‑progression frameworks.

Expertise in materials, layup techniques, vacuum/bagging, cure, and process controls.

Demonstrated capability to develop and deliver well‑organized training.

Strong communicator and cross‑functional collaborator.

Analytical problem solver with a continuous improvement approach.

Preferred: ACMA/NADCAP composites certifications and Lean credentials.
