HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Starting rate: $17/hr, paid weekly. Flex officers must have open availability and be flexible with scheduling.
Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Flex Officer Explanation
The Flex Officer position is crucial for operational and financial success. Flex Officers provide trained, competent support by covering shifts that become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables continuous, uninterrupted service to customers while protecting the health and work balance of personnel.
Scheduling Expectations
Trained at various posts or facilities based on operational need; assignments are temporary.
Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) varies based on operational need.
Assigned to or offered shifts as they become available.
Some shifts are scheduled in advance; others are short-notice.
Expected to work any shift scheduled within listed availability. If unavailable, communicate with supervisor.
For short-notice call-ins, expected to work at least 80% of shifts offered; refusing more than 20% may negatively impact employment status.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
