Position: Flex Security Officer
Location: Auburn Hills, MI. All shifts are available. Pay rate: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Job Skills & Requirements
Previous Security Officer experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must pass drug screening and background check.
Must be team oriented.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Previous truck experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP.
Act quickly and efficiently according to directives.
Provide trained, competent support by working shifts as they become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
Scheduling Expectations
Will be trained at various posts and facilities based on operational need.
Shifts and hours per week will vary based on operational need.
Will be assigned to or offered shifts as staffing needs arise.
May receive short‑notice shift calls; expected to cover shifts as scheduled.
For short‑notice call‑ins, expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
