$18.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Flex Security Officer – Hiring immediately.
Job Skills / Requirements
Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
Must be flexible and team oriented.
2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Must be reliable.
Responsibilities
Perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Respond promptly to assignments and maintain the security of assigned posts. Flex officers provide coverage for shift gaps due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service.
Scheduling Expectations
Scheduled at various posts or facilities based on operational need.
Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) vary; assignments are based on staffing needs.
Work short‑notice call‑ins and at least 80% of called shifts; refusal of more than 20% may negatively affect employment.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
