Lead Correctional Counselor – Rehabilitation Programs

DelDOT is seeking a qualified individual responsible for supervising counseling staff and providing rehabilitation services to adult offenders in correctional institutions. The role includes developing and evaluating treatment programs, conducting staff training, and maintaining communication with various agencies. Candidates must have three years of experience in case management, behavior management, and rehabilitation services. A comprehensive benefits package is available.
