Responsibilities
As a
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you’ll play a key role in helping patients reclaim independence, function, and quality of life.
Implement individualized therapy programs in alignment with PT-developed plans
Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and quality of life
Track progress and adapt treatment strategies to promote success
Educate and motivate patients and caregivers for long-term success
Document all care in a timely and professional manner
Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
Strong communication skills, clinical integrity, and a genuine desire to help others
