Responsibilities
As a

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you’ll play a key role in helping patients reclaim independence, function, and quality of life.

Carry out personalized therapy plans in collaboration with OTs and interdisciplinary teams

Promote functional mobility, adaptive techniques, and daily living skills

Foster engagement, motivation, and a positive experience for every patient

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to measurable outcomesi>

Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (AOTA/ACOTE standards)

Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
