
Client Success Caregiver

Position Summary
The Client Success Care Professional is a specialized caregiving role designed to ensure strong starts of care, positive client relationships, and consistent, high-quality care delivery. This position focuses on supporting new clients during the beginning of services, strengthening care plans through hands‑on engagement, and working alongside caregivers who need additional support, coaching, or training in challenging care situations. When not engaged in start‑of‑care or caregiver support activities, the Client Success Caregiver provides coverage for fill‑in shifts and call‑offs to maintain continuity of care.
Primary Responsibilities
Start of Care & Client Relationship Building
Serve as one of the first caregivers for new clients to establish trust and comfort.
Build strong relationships with clients and families.
Support the development and refinement of individualized care plans through observation and communication.
Caregiver Support & Hands‑On Coaching
Work alongside caregivers supporting challenging clients.
Provide real‑time guidance, reinforce training, and model best practices in care delivery and professionalism.
Direct Care & Fill‑In Coverage
Provide direct care and support fill‑in shifts and call‑offs when not actively engaged in start‑of‑care or caregiver mentoring responsibilities.
Companionship & Personal Care
Providing companionship and conversation
Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues
Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
Household Support
Preparing meals and cleaning up meal‑related items
Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, etc.)
Washing and ironing laundry
Health & Logistics
Providing medication and appointment reminders
Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
Providing specialized care, including Advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia and Hospice support care
Reporting
Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes in a client’s needs
Maintaining regular communication with your supervisor and the office staff

Possess valid auto insurance
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
