Overview
The Ocean Elite Solutions Platform Lead owns and operates the Infor Nexus platform that powers AIT's Ocean Elite Solutions product, supporting purchase order management, carrier direct operations, or hybrid models. The role ensures platform reliability at scale while enabling efficient, repeatable customer onboarding and consistent implementation of integrations between Infor Nexus, customer systems, and AIT logistics platforms such as CargoWise. The Platform Lead acts as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, driving configuration, standardization, and scalable frameworks to reduce variability and accelerate time to value.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the Infor Nexus platform, establish procedures and success metrics, configure and monitor the platform to deliver optimal integration and customer experience.
Engage with business, EDI, and partners to onboard customers and align platform capabilities.
Translate business requirements into structured logical maps used by the EDI team to develop system integrations.
Oversee integration projects to ensure successful implementation and consistent operation.
Review current integrations and configuration to support continuous improvement and provide reporting and insights to leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Wage range: $92,700.00‑$139,060.00, varying by geography and experience.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Supply Chain / Logistics, Business, or equivalent work experience (required).
Master's Degree in Technology, Supply Chain / Logistics, Business (preferred).
Experience:
5+ years managing, configuring, and integrating software platforms (required).
3+ years supply chain management and logistics (required).
2+ years Infor Nexus configuration and integration experience, preferably with LSP modules (preferred).
2+ years CargoWise configuration, integration, or operations experience (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High proficiency managing and configuring complex software platforms.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess requirements and develop logical integration maps.
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Understanding of EDI and system integration concepts and workflows.
Ability to manage technology solution and service providers to maximize results.
Cross‑functional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans (medium).
Licenses and Certifications (preferred):
Infor Nexus platform certification and/or training; Associate, Professional, or Expert level from Infor U or associated system integrators.
Certified CargoWise Operator (CCO), Specialist (CCS), or Professional (CCP).
PMI PMP, ITIL, or similar.
Other certifications or training (preferred).
