We’re partnering with a fast-growing civil construction contractor specializing in
site infrastructure, utilities, DOT, and bridge support work . This is a hands-on, non-corporate team that values experience, ownership, and results.
The Role
Lead civil projects from
pre-construction through closeout
in a primarily office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution
Support bidding, estimating, and pre-construction efforts
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Utilize tools like
Procore and MS Project
Drive decisions and resolve issues to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
Experience with site infrastructure, utilities, DOT, and bridge support work
Strong experience in
civil construction
(field, office, or both)
Proficiency with
Procore, MS Project , or similar tools
Experience with
pre-construction and bid support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
No degree required
