Job Profile Summary

Under the direction of leadership for the Dean of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine’s research program, perform program management level work directed toward the planning, implementation and coordination of multiple complex multi-site research projects.
Job Description

Oversees IRBs and regulatory requirements
Supervises the work of project staff to ensure the quality of service
Oversees onboarding and training
Created/Maintains MOPs/SOPs and project timelines
Schedules and leads meetings
Creates meeting agendas and minutes
Serves as the main contact with research study participants
Assists with qualitative interviews
Oversees payments to research study participants
Monitors project budgets
Collects and analyzes data to evaluate the effectiveness of the projects in meeting key objectives and milestones
Develops reports summarizing project activities and required by funding agencies/sponsors
Ensures that all work is in compliance with applicable standards and regulations set forth by the institution and funding agency/sponsor
Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Psychology, Sociology, Health Administration or related field preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, administration and supervisory experience
Reports To

Director of Research for the Dean of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine’s research program/Associate Director of the Maya Angelou Research Center for Healthy Communities

Schedule: 8AM EST – 5PM EST with some evening and weekends required depending on deadlines
