Job Overview

Responsibilities

Assist clients to align security management strategy with business goals.

Analyze and evaluate complex Enterprise Identity environments to enhance, design, and execute innovative IAM solutions, processes, and policies.

Develop SailPoint IIQ policies, configure rules to detect policy violations, and manage SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third‑party integrations.

Collaborate with third‑party vendors to deliver a comprehensive suite of services including strategy, assessment, testing, and implementation of IAM solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execute technical delivery.

Leverage enterprise directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP; implement MFA and SSO solutions.

Design, architect, implement, manage, and maintain enterprise IAM tools and solutions.

Lead process design and re‑engineering efforts, and assist with IAM program management—including privileged access management, roles and rules management, Segregation of Duty (SOD) management, and other IAM compliance activities.

Deliver high‑quality client services and work products within expected timeframes.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, while consistently delivering quality client services through progress monitoring.

Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks, and cultivate business development opportunities.

Work Schedule
Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience.

Or a Master’s degree in the same fields and four (4) years of related work experience.

Four (4) years of experience integrating, deploying, and operating IAM technologies, including SailPoint IIQ and other solutions such as CyberArk, Saviynt, or Okta.

Four (4) years of experience with identity management authentication and authorization frameworks and integration into existing applications.

Four (4) years of experience developing SailPoint IIQ policies, configuring rules to detect policy violations, and working with SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third‑party integrations.

Two (2) years of experience with enterprise directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or LDAP, and implementing MFA and SSO solutions.

Four (4) years of experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Four (4) years of experience creating procedures, process documentation, and user documentation related to IAM applications.

Two (2) years of experience with IAM architecture and development within SailPoint, ForgeRock, and/or Okta.

Two (2) years of experience managing a team of IAM analysts.

Travel Requirements
Domestic travel up to 15% to serve client needs.

Benefits
Compensation and benefits package includes a base salary of $149,531.00 per year, medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. The hybrid work model encourages a mix of in‑office and remote working; most client‑serving roles are expected to work in person 40–60% of the time over the course of an engagement.
