About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive and grow relationships with real estate partners while helping execute the day-to-day marketing and client engagement that fuels our business.

This is not just a networking role. It’s a blend of relationship management

and

execution. The right person is just as comfortable building trust with top agents as they are organizing and delivering on multiple partner initiatives at once.

You’ll work closely with our team to bring ideas to life—open houses, broker opens, client events, campaigns—and ensure every touchpoint reflects the level of service and professionalism our brand is known for.

What You’ll Do
Relationship Management & Growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and strategic partners

Be a consistent, reliable point of contact—someone partners trust and want to work with

Identify opportunities to add value to partners’ businesses and help them grow

Execution & Organization

Plan and execute partner marketing initiatives from start to finish

(open houses, broker opens, events, client appreciation, mailers, etc.)

Manage multiple partners and timelines simultaneously with strong follow-through

Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication to ensure everything runs smoothly

Keep internal team aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

Brand Presence

Represent the brand in the market with professionalism and confidence

Support and attend agent-facing events, activations, and community touchpoints

Contribute ideas to continuously improve how we show up and differentiate

Marketing Support

Assist in executing partner-specific marketing plans and campaigns

Support social media efforts (content coordination, basic posting, idea generation is a plus)

Help ensure consistency and quality across all outward-facing materials

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, personable, and genuinely enjoys building relationships

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Able to manage multiple priorities without things slipping through the cracks

Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

Strong communicator—clear, professional, and responsive

Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Social media familiarity is a plus

Real estate or mortgage industry experience is helpful, but not required

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Professional presence and ability to represent the brand externally

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for events and meetings
