Job Description
Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close‑out
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
Drive site execution with a hands‑on, accountable approach
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases

The Successful Applicant
10+ years of construction management experience
Proven delivery of country club or multifamily projects
Background with reputable GCs and solid employment tenure
Self‑directed leader requiring minimal oversight
Clear career progression with strong references available
What's On Offer
Salary range: $140,000–$170,000+ depending on level and experience
Strong annual discretionary bonus
