Slot Performance Manager
Position Summary
The Slot Performance Manager oversees daily slot operations and drives performance optimization across all gaming systems. This role is responsible for managing slot analytics, maintenance coordination, team leadership, and regulatory compliance to ensure operational excellence and revenue growth. Salary is BOE.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day slot operations, including installs, upgrades, conversions, and maintenance coordination
Analyze slot performance data to identify trends and improve profitability
Manage, coach, and evaluate team members; oversee hiring and training processes
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and applicable gaming regulations
Maintain optimal staffing levels and support special events and promotions
Monitor operational effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
Collaborate with HR on employee relations and performance management
Deliver high-quality guest service, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion
Stay current on industry trends, systems, and technologies
Maintain security and accountability of company-issued equipment
Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of slot operations experience; 3+ years in a leadership role preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership and team management ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and slot/player tracking systems
Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards

Some local and occasional overnight travel may be required
Position includes responsibility related to alcohol service and comp authority
