Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Everett, WA. The Substance Use Disorder Professional will deliver evidence-based treatment services, provide counseling to individuals and groups, and develop recovery plans tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining detailed client records, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting clients through their recovery journey with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
Knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment methodologies, and recovery principles.
Skills in individual and group counseling, case management, and care planning.
Proficiency in documentation, compliance with state/federal regulations, and professional communication.
Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to achieve client-centered outcomes.
Relevant credentials or certification in substance use disorder treatment (e.g., SUDP or SUDP-T) required.
Demonstrated cultural competency, commitment to equity, and sensitivity to diverse populations.
Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure quality care delivery.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred; experience in addiction recovery services is a plus.
