Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in the Greater New Orleans Region. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, processing reservations, and handling administrative tasks. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing appointment scheduling and front desk operations
Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions
Experience with handling Reservations and managing calendars efficiently
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic proficiency in computer systems and appointment management software is a plus
Dental experience is preferred but we will train the right individual
