Speedy Concrete Cutting is a leading provider of concrete cutting, coring, and scanning services throughout Florida. We specialize in delivering safe, precise, and efficient solutions for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Our team is built on professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to getting the job done right. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Estimator/ Project Manager with experience in the construction industry to join our growing team.
In this role, this individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within their assigned territory.
Full- Time, Salary Position
Compensation based on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in concrete cutting, coring, and scanning services
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service solutions
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution

Follow up on bids and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Represent the company at job sites, meetings, and networking
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of sales experience in construction or related field (concrete cutting experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of construction processes and job site operations
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally
Must pass background check and drug screening
Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork
Comfortable working outdoor, indoors, or confined environments
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
