- Location: Troy, New York
- Position Type: Full-time, hospital-employed CRNA
- Schedule Options:
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Call Rotation: 1:6 (optional but preferred)
- Call Benefits: Call stipends and shift differentials
- Case Mix:
- Bread and butter cases: OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology
- No cardiac, trauma, or neuro cases
- Accepting new graduates
- Must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified
- No locum candidates
- Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 waivers NOT accepted)
- No lapsed board certification accepted
- Supportive, collaborative CRNA team with strong morale

- Compensation based on years of licensure
- Recruitment bonuses:
- Starting bonus: $25,000
- 6-month bonus: $50,000
- Year 2 bonus: $25,000
- Year 3: Quality incentive metrics start, $10,000 bonus
