JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Indiana medical license or IMLC eligibility
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (Certification required within 5 years of residency)
• DEA: Active DEA Certification required
• Certifications:
• BLS (AHA issued) required for all specialties
• ACLS (AHA issued) required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of urology experience
• Vaccination Requirements:
• Flu vaccination required (or approved medical/religious exemption)
• COVID vaccination required (or approved medical/religious exemption)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide inpatient urology care and hospital call coverage
• Perform inpatient rounding during call coverage
• Manage general urology cases including complex catheter placements
• Perform diagnostic and surgical urologic procedures as required
• Coordinate care with hospital staff and specialists
• Enter orders and maintain accurate medical documentation within the Epic EMR system
