WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own performance and execution across a set of high-impact Paid Search accounts, including enterprise-level clients such as Thermo Fisher and The Home Depot
Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring campaigns are optimized effectively and performance goals are met
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading calls, presenting performance, and translating client needs into clear direction for the team
Provide guidance and oversight to team members, ensuring high-quality execution, strong QA practices, and consistent delivery across accounts
Balance multiple workstreams and stakeholders, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, strategy, and other media teams to ensure cohesive performance and alignment across channels
Step into hands‑on execution when needed, maintaining a strong pulse on the work and ensuring continuity across accounts
WHAT YOU BRING
Deep, hands‑on experience with Google Search, with a strong understanding of campaign builds, optimization, and performance management
Proven ability to manage and optimize complex Paid Search accounts, ideally within an agency or multi‑client environment
Strong client‑facing experience, including leading calls, presenting performance, and building trust with stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, staying organized and effective in fast‑paced environments
Experience guiding or mentoring team members, providing direction and feedback to support strong execution
Confidence operating both strategically and tactically, with the ability to step into execution as needed
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate performance, insights, and next step
Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in‑office.

Salary Range: $95,000‑115,000
