Talent Sourcing Manager
Keller Executive Search, Denver, CO, United States
About the role
Keller Executive Search is hiring a Talent Sourcing Manager to run the research and sourcing function that feeds our active client engagements. You'd lead a team of 5–8 researchers and sourcers, reporting to the Head of Staffing.
To be explicit: this role sources candidates for client search engagements (CFOs, COOs, functional VPs). It is not the role that hires Keller's own consultants — that sits under HR.
What you’ll actually do
Own the sourcing output across ~60–80 active engagements at any time.
Lead the research team — weekly prioritization with consultants, career development, and backfill hiring for the open roles.
Run the sourcing tooling stack: LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Gem, Hiretual/hireEZ. Renegotiate seats and contracts annually.
Build and maintain the talent network: candidates who weren't right for one engagement but should be first‑call for the next. Target: warm contacts per functional area.
Report monthly on sourcing KPIs: time‑to‑first‑slate, candidate‑response rate, shortlist‑to‑placement ratio.
Experience:
At least 5 years in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a proven ability to drive innovative sourcing strategies and manage high‑performing teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics software.
Work Style:
Self‑motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
Languages:
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
Salary range:
$78,000 - $126,000
Opportunities for professional growth.
Company culture: Flat management structure with direct access to decision‑makers. Open communication environment.
