Martech Product Manager

7+ years of experience in Martech product management
Well versed in B2C CRM channel execution and customer data-driven marketing and strategy
Strong bias for action and demonstrated desire for ownership & accountability
Ability to work closely with software development teams, both internally and externally
Manage agency relationships and be a key contact for agency partners
ESP platform experience (experience with Braze is a plus, not required)
CRM, CSM, and CDP system experience
Pluses:
Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories, sprints) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence) a plus
Treasure Data experience (CDP)
QSR or agency experience preferred

An employer is looking for a Martech Product Manager to join our growing team in the Plano, TX. This role focuses on developing and translating strategic initiatives into customer facing deployments, always focused on optimizing the customer experience and driving business growth with our reachable customers.
Tasks will include:
Leading the development team from the front of the charge, upholding technical best practices with a heart for the team
Working cross functionally to understand stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for your team and others via tech briefs, business requirement documents, or epics/user stories
Sharing MarTech platform expertise by spreading knowledge of current and potential future features to empower the best in customer experiences
Understanding and building MarTech integrations, data flows, journeys, and personalization and finding new ways to leverage technologies to better digital experiences
Leveraging Agile frameworks to ensure high quality, efficient execution and customer experiences
