
Lead Marketting strategist

Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and strategic planning for the Venetian's recent Adobe product investment
Define use cases and pain points; map solutions to demonstrate ROI
Collaborate closely with Bounteous, the Venetian, and Adobe teams (including Jim Vogel)
Support loyalty, CRM, and retention marketing initiatives
Represent Bounteous professionally and consultatively throughout the engagement
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience leading CRM, loyalty, and retention projects
Strong client services and consulting background (agency experience required)
Experience with Adobe stack (CDP, AJO, CJA) and/or Salesforce would be nice-but not required
Highly self-motivated, strategic, and execution-oriented
Able to operate with minimal oversight and hit the ground running
Prior experience in hospitality
