Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve our marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

Create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Content Creation and Management:

Generate engaging and high-quality content for diverse digital channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
SEO and SEM Management:

Optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and manage PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall visibility.
Social Media Management:

Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms. Create and schedule compelling content, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
Email Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and prepare regular reports using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing roles with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
