About the Team
The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Audit & Assurance professionals demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of the market and business challenges their clients face and a dedication to audit quality. Though Crowe has various different business units, Audit & Assurance is one of the largest practices.
We’re looking for Audit Managers with experience in various industry verticals, including, but not limited to; Banking, Healthcare, Private Equity, Technology Media Telecommunications, Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, Fintech, and Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.
Qualifications
5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
Experience in external audit working with Banking, Healthcare, Private Equity, Technology Media Telecommunications, Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, Fintech, Manufacturing clients.
Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
Professional interaction with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues.
Ability to multi-task when planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements concurrently.
Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks.
Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal one.
Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
