
Customer Success Manager (Dutch)

Position Overview
This role is a hybrid Customer Success position in San Francisco, CA (40% remote, 60% onsite).
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The company does not sponsor visas.
Responsibilities
Contact customers currently using Odoo
Analyze clients' business operations and drive adoption
Execute all phases of a subscription renewal plan
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Empathize with customer needs
Participate in the entire sales cycle
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Dutch fluency (professional or native/bilingual)
Experience negotiating and closing new business
Passion for software products
1-2 years experience in sales
Proficiency in G‑Suite applications preferred
Proven track record of exceeding quota
Preferred
Experience with ERP
Experience in a SaaS company
Available immediately
Additional languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French)
An affinity for business operations

Compensation
The estimated annual compensation range is $70,000–$90,000 OTE (on‑target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000–$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
