Overview
Customer Success Manager (Dutch Required) — This is a hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) role in Brisbane, CA. Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. The estimated annual compensation range is $70,000-$90,000 OTE, with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, experience, and location.
Odoo is seeking to expand its vibrant and innovative sales teams. This role supports customers across the ABC islands, helping streamline business processes with Odoo\'s integrated software solutions. You will learn the value software can provide across various verticals and how Odoo\'s suite of apps can address company needs. We expect a proactive candidate with a "get it done" spirit.

Responsibilities
Contact customers currently using Odoo
Analyze clients\' business operations and drive adoption
Execute all phases of a subscription renewal plan
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Empathize with customer needs
Be part of the entire sales cycle
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Dutch fluency (professional or native/bilingual)
Experience negotiating and closing new business
Passion for software products
1-2 years experience in sales
Proficiency in G-Suite applications preferred
Proven track record of exceeding quota
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP
Experience in a SaaS company
Available immediately
