Overview

Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, budget, and schedule.

Develop and implement project plans, coordinating resources and resolving issues effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to drive project success.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Support the development of team members through mentorship and skill-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.

Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related field is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions under pressure.

Exceptional communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
