Morgan Corp. is currently searching for a Project Administrator for our new Raleigh, NC Division office.
Responsibilities
Project Administration
Support construction services with new construction projects in a variety of market sectors through the Raleigh Division office
Communicate and coordinate contract document requirements with Morgan Corp. staff and contractors
Assist Project Management Department with preconstruction meetings, RFIs, project submittals, track and process change orders, and pay applications
Assist Estimating Department with pre‑bid meetings, managing plans, documents, and addendums, ordering certificates of insurance and P&P bonds, contacting subcontractors and vendors in bid cycle, and assist in completing pre‑qualifications for new projects, and quantity take‑offs.
Office Assistant
Greet guests to the office, receive vendor deliveries, answer incoming calls and transfer accordingly
Act as primary contact for administration, payroll, and HR in corporate office
Assist in new employee onboarding process
Oversee ordering of office supplies
Order meals for office events and trainings
Manage conference room and video conferencing system
Prepare meeting agendas and presentation files when needed
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications
1 - 2 years administrative experience, preferably in heavy equipment/construction setting
High school diploma or GED required, 4-year Civil Engineering or other relevant degree preferred
Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
Ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs, email and intranet usage
Notary Public preferred
