Responsibilities
Provides general office support assistance to Enrollment Management departments
Assist with virtual and in-person HUB customer service
Greets visitors both on campus and virtually; acts as a central referral resource, providing basic information and assistance regarding the college
Refers prospective and continuing students, as well as community visitors, to appropriate personnel
Escorts students to appropriate offices
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled at Georgia Highlands College
Must be Pell Grant eligible (FAFSA)
Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Must have an unmet need based on total cost of attendance of student
Proposed Salary
$12.00 per hour
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Ability to follow specific directions
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately
Ability to work independently on a task and utilize appropriate critical thinking skills
Conditions of Employment
