Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market sectors, and client relationships within commercial construction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions.
Work closely with leadership, sales, estimating, and project management teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
Set and achieve KPIs related to growth, revenue, and new client acquisition.

The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager should have:
3-7+ years of business development experience, preferably within the commercial construction sector.
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and secure new clients.
Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support proposals, presentations, and high-stake client interactions.
