Overview
The Engineer is responsible for performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities
Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility
Knowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations Maintenance
Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments
Ability to work on call shifts for emergencies, holidays, and weekends
Knowledge of carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts
Qualifications
Be at least 21 years of age
Related degree preferred or accredited certifications
Minimum 2 years' experience
Effective communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
