Handyman/Maintenance for busy dealership group
Responsibilities
Plumbing Repairs: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing toilets, and minor pipe repairs.
Electrical Work: Replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
Carpentry & Repairs: Fixing doors, windows, fences, cabinets, and repairing drywall or siding.
Painting & Maintenance: Interior/exterior painting, caulking, tiling, grouting, and power washing surfaces.
General Maintenance: Assembling furniture, installing appliances, cleaning gutters, and repairing deck/fence components.
HVAC & Mechanical: Replacing air conditioning filters, checking HVAC functionality, and maintaining heating systems.
Must be willing to drive to multiple locations to do work.
Requirements

Willingness to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
