Qualifications
As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, or a certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program. Prior CNA experience is preferable.
Medication Aide course completion required.
Responsibilities
As a Medication Aide, you are the front line of the Clinical Department. You will ensure residents receive a high standard of care by performing activities of daily living, observing changes in condition, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting ongoing education. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail help ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
