Position Highlights
Position: Radiologic Technologist I
Location: Skokie
Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem: PRN/Registry
Hours: As needed/Flexible- Days
Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. | Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. | Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule
Required Travel: N/a
What you will do
Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
Perform radiographic exams
Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner
What you will need
Education: Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program
Certification: CPR certification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment
License: IEMA licensing required
Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
