Job Description
Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides therapy in the home, school, and community for children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Our program is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Location: Lansing, MI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $10.00 - $22.00
Responsibilities
Work one‑on‑one with children aged 2‑10 in a highly individualized and supportive environment.
Develop and implement skill activities such as conversation, fine/gross motor, self‑help, and pre‑academic skills.
Integrate the child’s family into therapy sessions.
Collect data and use data‑based decisions to guide instruction.
Participate in team meetings and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists.
Travel to each client’s home within the greater Lansing area.

Requirements
Possession of a car and willingness to travel within the greater Lansing area.
Bachelor’s degree or pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.
Experience working with young children or individuals with disabilities.
Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and move easily from a seated position, as required during home visits.
Hours
Full and part‑time hours are available.
