Responsibilities
Implement Care Plans to execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Advance Patient Progress by facilitating patient advancement through their treatment plan and making adjustments as directed by the PT.
Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current PTA license in the state of practice.
Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and state/federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Flexibility and team collaboration; adapted to changing situations.
Exceptional communication skills.
Experience with geriatric populations.
Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
