Job Description
We are currently seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a male client located in Bushnell, FL 33513.
Schedule
The client has a split shift: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. The position requires availability on weekdays as well as weekends.
Benefits
Competitive pay of $17–$18 per hour

Weekly pay
Refer‑a‑friend bonus program ($100) and $100 bonus for referrals that complete 100 hours within the first 3 months

Primary Duties
Perform all personal care activities as outlined in a written Plan of Care, including but not limited to personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned.
Compensation
Salary up to $18 per hour.
Education and Certifications
High School Diploma or GED
One year of experience in a home or long‑term care setting (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
HHA certificate
CPR certification
TB test results
Alzheimer’s certificate
Domestic violence certificate
HIV/AIDS certificate
OSHA certificate
Medical errors or medication assistance certificate
Dependent adult abuse (elder abuse) certificate
Background Screening
Level 2 background screening required. Background screening information: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
Hours
Hours depend on assignment. Shifts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week based on availability, but no hours are guaranteed.
