Position:
In-Home Caregiver (Life Care Professional)
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per Hour, Based on Certifications and Experience
Hours:
19 hours per week *to start* (Potential for additional hours within a 25 mile radius of this location)
Schedule:
This client requires care Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Retention Bonus
We are currently offering a $300 retention bonus for this caregiver position. The bonus will be paid in increments as follows:
$100 after 30 days of employment
$100 after 60 days of employment
$100 after 90 days of employment
Bonus eligibility requires consistent attendance and adherence to company policies.

What You’ll Do
Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, transferring, toileting, meal prep, and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
Maintain healthy relationships with clients and families
Document and report client health and status using smartphones and mobile devices
Provide safe transportation to appointments and errands
Complete assigned training and education as necessary
What You Need
Valid driver’s license
Proof of active auto insurance and vehicle registration
Reliable transportation
Proficiency using smartphones and mobile devices for communication and documentation
Passion for delivering exceptional home care
Ability to work independently with professionalism and empathy
