Position Overview
This position requires 12‑hour shifts with weekend availability, including day
ight shift options. The role can be full‑time or part‑time. Compensation is $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to residents, including assistance with hygiene, feeding, bathing, and dressing.
Measure and record patients’ temperatures and blood pressures.
Observe and record resident reactions to medications and treatments.
Participate in organization and prioritization of residents and unit activities.
Follow a plan of care set forth by the RN/LPN.
Report pertinent information to the RN/LPN.
Properly document daily ADLs.
Exhibit empathy, dignity, respect, and concern for resident wellbeing.
Qualifications
Current nursing assistant license (CNA) in the state of Florida.
Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services.
Self‑directed with ability to work with little direct supervision.
Kind, reliable, compassionate.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
