Travel Cath Lab Technologist – Jacksonville, FL
TNAA TotalMed Allied is hiring a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Jacksonville, Florida. The role involves 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts. The assignment is a travel position.
Responsibilities
Prepare the cardiac lab procedure rooms, ensuring adequate stock, instrument sterilization, and equipment functionality.
Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, including site preparation, patient draping, instrument arrangement, and calibration of pressure transducers and tubing.
Operate and ensure quality control of all equipment used in the lab.
Scrub in during procedures, assisting the physician with catheter maneuvers.
Obtain and record hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data, operating amplifiers and fluoroscopic equipment.
Monitor patient hemodynamic status during procedures.
Participate in life‑saving measures such as defibrillation and CPR.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
Board certifications: ARRT (R) – CI preferred or CCI‑RCIS, BLS, ACLS.
State licensing required where applicable.
Physical ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods.
Pay & Benefits
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week; a tax‑free stipend will be provided.
