We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team.

Position Overview
As an RN Supervisor at The Village at Germantown, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high‑quality nursing care to meet the diverse needs of our residents. This position involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating daily activities, addressing family and social concerns, documenting health status assessments, and contributing to care plans. The ideal candidate will administer medications, perform skilled treatments and procedures, and actively contribute to maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment for our residents.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with a current State of TN or multi‑state license.

Must be able to read regulations and write clearly.

CPR Certification.

Must be able to communicate in a courteous, friendly manner.

Ability to effectively manage and direct subordinates.

Physical requirements attached.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents in Skilled Nursing Unit, Assisted Living Unit, Wellness Center, Dementia Unit, Independent Unit, as assigned.

Participate in the admission of new residents.

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents.

Respond to residents' call system promptly and courteously.
Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.

Consistently demonstrate hospitality behavior and the core values of quality, respect, service, and integrity.
