Physical Therapy Assistant –
In‑House Rehab Team

Position Details
Location: Wall, NJ
Facility: CareOne at Wall
Practice Setting: Short‑Term Rehab, Assisted Living, LTACH, Long‑Term Care
Salary Range: $30.00–$45.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide rehabilitation care within all generally accepted practice methods, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
Implement treatment plans as outlined by the supervising therapist.
Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
Participate in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices.
Participate in all center–directed processes and services.
Show effective management of treatment and non‑treatment related activities.
Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely billing records.
Participate in in‑service training programs as requested.
May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
Position Requirements
Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of operations.
Preferred: Experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
Preferred: Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.
