Base wages $35.15 - $39.00 per hour, rates based on years of certification.
PLUS $2.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift.
PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay.
Yearly wage increases.

Scheduling / Shift information
8-hour shifts - all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
Full-time and part-time shifts available.
Shift breakdown: 1st shift - 1 FT, 1 PT; 2nd shift - 1 FT; 3rd shift - 1 PT.
NO overtime required after 8 hours.
Responsibilities
You will assess patient needs, implement and oversee care plans, utilize technology, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or higher.
Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to challenging problems regarding patient well-being.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
