Position Overview
Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center – a 4‑Star staffed facility that supports collaborative, high‑quality care.
Starting wage for LPN: $29.15 – $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification)
Shift premium: $4–5 per hour for 2nd or 3rd shifts
Sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 payable at 6, 12, and 18 months
$3.40 per hour hazard pay
Yearly wage increase

Responsibilities
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
Perform a variety of treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and educate patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
Provide preventative and supportive care focused on the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
Oversee the nurse aide team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications
Current LPN license in the state of Michigan and current CPR certification.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
Strong analytical abilities for preparing personalized care plans and troubleshooting complex patient issues.
Excellent customer‑service skills and commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
Team player who is dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing tasks.
