Compensation
You will earn up to $22.55 - $26.90 per hour, based on your years of certification.
Starting wages: $19.15 - $22.55 per hour
Hero pay: $3.40 per hour
Shift premium: $0.75 – $1.50 for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Work Schedule
8‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays
Full‑time or part‑time positions available
2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (includes $1.50 shift premium)
3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes $1.50 shift premium)
Responsibilities
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, preventative care, morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
Document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies.
Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
Qualifications
Completed an approved nurse aide training program with current certification required from the State of Michigan.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering innovative care.
Team player committed to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
Knowledge of electronic health records (EPIC).
