Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.
Compensation
Starting wages for RN's: $35.00 per hour
Hero pay: $3.40 per hour
Shift premium up to $1.50 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Responsibilities
You will perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications
Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan and CPR certification.
Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher degree.
High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective care, and develop solutions for complex problems.
Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
